The bridge game at 8am was standard fare. I finalized a discussion with Colin (owner of the bridge club where I work) and we are going to add one more game Thursday at 12:30pm eastern. We had plans to go to Intercam bank and withdraw some money, but Dominique felt too drained to go today. The plan is to go mañana to be there by 9am when they open.

We went for a swim in our pool and the water is so warm as the daytime temperatures for the past few weeks have been low 30s. Tomorrow finds Dominique in an 11am planning meeting and me in a condo board meeting at noon. The meeting she is planning for is to give the owners here information about a few changes to condo law in our state of Guerrero that could/will have a dramatic affect on how condo buildings are managed and decisions made on where to spend money.

I will look for my granddaughter Madeleine tomorrow who is turning 6. I was unable to hook up with big bro Isaac on the 9th but did manage to get a message to him through his Mom.

My son Ben is having some jaw surgery today to correct a life long bite issue. His lady Crem is keeping us up to date on the goings on. She reported to us when Ben came out of surgery and all went well. His mouth area naturally is swollen and amongst other drugs, they are giving him some morphine. I think he will be there until Friday and full recuperation, characterized by ability to ingest and chew food like beef will not fully return until the end of the year.

As so eloquently put by Emerson, Lake, and Palmer in their 1970s song. I have been lucky so many times in my 74+ years on this planet. Oh my ... how time flies. It seems like only yesterday that it was Wednesday. The place looks like someone is leaving in a few days. The mattress in bedroom #2 has been tood up with the mattress cover side pointing out. The first two kitchen chairs are parked on the cement couch in the L/R. Dominique will ask Paty to drop in after the bridge game Saturday so we can discuss the idiosyncrasies of looking after our place until our return. Doing the extended walk to the end of the canal path past Soris. We will pick up some shredded pork to make sandwiches for the flight(s) on Sunday. We are so close to the end of the line as far as getting the place ready. Other than the Fire TV sticks, the balance of the work involves moving stuff around and covering furniture. These will happen as late as possible on Saturday evening. Chicken for dinner tonight then the last two nights we will eat out.
