Wonders amaze me

Did some more surfing yesterday later in he evening. Still not much out there about the events of November 22, 1963. It makes one wonder what the true meaning of we will never forget.

About 6:30 last night Lynn knocked on our door and we walked down to Rufo's so he could confirm hos seat for the restaurant's upcoming Thanksgiving dinner today. The place was close to empty. Lynn headed home and I stayed around to listen to the music for a while. The act did not show up and Rufo was obviously not pleased. It will be interesting to see if their lack of respect by not appearing terminates the arrangement these two have to play their regularly.

Mi chica is off to Lilly's for a haircut at 10am then we are cabbing it to Aliza to get the chair he glued for us. Hoping to be back from there by 11:45 so I can get online for our bridge club's first team game. In bridge, there is basically two types of games. One puts a pair of players against another pair. The team game puts a group of four players (called a team) against another group of four that formed a team.

The game we tried to run ay 11:30 here was cancelled ... not enough players registered. Dominique went to pick up a chair we were having fixed after her hair appointment. We were charged 20 pesos for the rung on the back to be properly glued where it had broken. We putzed around the house all afternoon until about 5:45.

We met Lynn upstairs and walked to Rufo's for a special day's dinner. The place was packed and people were coming and going still by the time we left. We cabbed it back home and watched the final episode (turned into a movie) of a series we enjoyed a few years ago called Prison Break.

No estamos ciertos quien veramos aca mañana.

<== Ahora, en inglés ...
Dominique has a meeting tomorrow at 11. She needs to talk to Hugo and Lynn about a second meeting on Saturday at 9:30. We have plans naturally in the afternoon around 4:30. We’ll go to the main beach for beers and red wine. Then we’ll eat dinner at a place near the beach. We’re not sure who we’ll see tomorrow.
