Another Zihua day

Sunny and coolish ... what more could one ask for. Went for an interesting walk into an area of Z we hardly ever visit. Noria is across the water on the other side of the bay. We did our standard walk down Morelas but instead of turning on Cinco de Mayo, we kept going straight. We walked for about 20 minutes then crossed over to the main dock out of Noria back to the more familiar side. We wanted to stop at Cafécito but she was closed.

We had some pork chops for dinner. These were well over an inch thick but the air fryer did a bang up job on them. At just under 170ºC they were done after about 18 minutes per side. We now have #2 for dinner tomorrow. The secret this week, being our last, is to use as much as we can in the freezer, This time around that should not be difficult as there is very little in there.

We tried watching the show called Missing, of which we have two more of 10 episodes. The buffering was awful so we settled on a Discovery channel show called Restored. We both could not keep our eyes open so we crashed early about 10:20.

Ooh what a lucky man

As so eloquently put by Emerson, Lake, and Palmer in their 1970s song. I have been lucky so many times in my 74+ years on this planet. Melt the seal ... time is here

Oh my ... how time flies. It seems like only yesterday that it was Wednesday. The place looks like someone is leaving in a few days. The mattress in bedroom #2 has been tood up with the mattress cover side pointing out. The first two kitchen chairs are parked on the cement couch in the L/R. Dominique will ask Paty to drop in after the bridge game Saturday so we can discuss the idiosyncrasies of looking after our place until our return. Doing the extended walk to the end of the canal path past Soris. We will pick up some shredded pork to make sandwiches for the flight(s) on Sunday. We are so close to the end of the line as far as getting the place ready. Other than the Fire TV sticks, the balance of the work involves moving stuff around and covering furniture.
